NBL Announcement Postponed Again

All current NBL players or budding ones who got up this morning expecting to hear some news on your future, go back to bed and there is no need to wake up until next week.

Once again the NBL has put off their announcement of the "new" league until next week.

If your not believing what I'm selling, see if Adelaide journalist Boti Nagy can get your attention.

The new nbl administrators really need to get on top of this and announce the new competition.

Any futher delays may jeopardise the teams chances of securing marketing and sponsorship deals.

Come on new NBL .. sort it out ASAP !!!

I wonder how many players have secured full time jobs while all of this has been going on - not knowing if there will be a league next season or not - and then have to make a decision about playing or staying in their full time job?

Well, you should go buy some BA merchandise with your spare coin, it's roughly the same price as season tickets.

I heard a little rumour the reason nothing has happened is because a lot of the clubs aren't happy with the guidelines the administration want in place for the new league in regard to securing a licence so there is a bit of a stand off. If this is true I hope it is sorted out soon because as a keen spectator and player/lover of the game I am getting sick and tired of waiting to hear no news! Hopefully with Mr.Sengstock in charge now common sense will prevail and soon.
